  • What suburbs do you deliver catering to in Sydney?

    We deliver to over 360 suburbs across Greater Sydney. Use our postcode checker on the website to confirm if we deliver to your suburb and view the minimum order amount for your area. If your suburb isn’t listed, we may still be able to help – just email orders@feedwell.com.au and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Can I pick up my catering order?

    You sure can! Simply select the ‘Pick Up’ option at Checkout instead of choosing delivery. Our pick up is located at our kitchen at 124 Clarence Street, Sydney CBD and instructions will be emailed to you with your order confirmation.

  • How can I be sure that my catering order will be delivered on-time?

    Powered by smart tech, we have our delivery times down to a science and we back this with an on-time delivery guarantee. When ordering with Feedwell, you can rest assured that your catering delivery will be on time, every time! You’ll also receive two text messages to remind you of your delivery — one the day before and the other 15 minutes before your delivery arrives.

  • Do you do next day delivery and what are your order cut-off times?

    Yes, we do next day delivery! Simply order by 4pm the day before.

  • How much do you charge for catering delivery in Sydney?

    Delivery fees vary by suburb. You can view the full list of suburbs we deliver catering to and the associated delivery fees here.

  • What’s the minimum order for catering delivery in Sydney?

  • Do you offer weekend catering delivery in Sydney?
    Please note for weekend deliveries, our minimum order value is as follows: $500 for Saturday, $2,000 for Sunday. The Sunday pick-up minimum order value is $1,000. You can order online for delivery or pick up on Saturday. Sunday orders are via request, please email orders@feedwell.com.au and our team will be able to assist.
  • How do I order Feedwell catering in Sydney?

    We offer three quick and easy ways to place an order at Feedwell:

    Order via the website
    Our newly refreshed website is packed with features to make ordering online as quick, straightforward and efficient as possible.

    • Place Multiple Orders at the Same Time: You can place multiple orders to be delivered on different days, or at different times on the same day, at the same time. Just click + Add Additional Delivery Time in your Cart and add the extra days and times.
    • Drag and drop products between orders: In your Cart, it is also possible to drag & drop products between orders.
    • Duplicate orders: It is also possible to duplicate orders with a single click using the Duplicate button located at the bottom of the order in your Cart.
    • See how much food you’re getting: You can use the Visual Cart feature on our website to check whether your order is going to meet your catering needs. Click ‘See how much food you’re getting’ at the bottom of your order and all of the items added to your Cart in each delivery slot will be displayed. This means you can see everything that you’ve ordered at a glance.

  • Can I place a last-minute catering order?

    Missed the 4pm cut-off? Call us on 1300 CATERING (1300 228 374) and we’ll do our best to help – if we can make it happen, we will!

  • What is Feedwell’s cancellation policy for catering orders?

    It is possible to cancel an order, but there are some conditions attached.

    • Cancel by 2pm, 5 business days before: No charge
    • Cancel by 2pm, 2 business days before: 50% fee
    • Cancel on the day of delivery: Full fee (100%)
  • Do you only cater for large companies?

    Not at all. While we proudly serve some of Sydney’s biggest organisations, we also provide:

  • Where does Feedwell source its fresh catering ingredients from?

    Our ingredients are sourced fresh every day from Sydney markets. Any seafood that we use comes from sustainable sources, and all chicken is RSPCA approved.

    We only use fresh 100% Australian produce in order to support local producers and growers, and to reduce the food miles of our dishes.

  • Where is your catering food prepared and when is it made?

    We don’t outsource our food to corporate kitchens; instead, every dish is prepared, wrapped and packaged by hand on the day of delivery by our own in-house team and in our own kitchen.

    This is why we are able to guarantee the freshness and quality of every product that we deliver, and can ensure that it is presented just like images on our website.

  • Is your catering packaging environmentally friendly or compostable?

    99% of all the packaging that we use can be recycled. The plates, cutlery and napkins that we provide are certified as suitable for home composting, meaning they can safely be disposed of in your green waste bin. We only use recyclable paper straws and bags rather than plastic ones.

  • How do you cater for special dietary needs or allergens?

    Any dietary or allergy items in your order will be packaged separately and clearly labelled.

    However, our dishes are produced in a kitchen where ingredients such as eggs, fish, sesame, peanuts, milk, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin, sulphites and crustaceans are used. The complete absence of these ingredients cannot be guaranteed; some products may inadvertently include these ingredients, and/or cross-contamination may occur.

    Customers with food allergies should be aware of this risk; we do not assume liability for reactions that result from any of our food that is consumed.
