Lunar Studios had a good mix of people to feed this morning, and the order reflected that. The croissants, filled with ham, salmon, and vegetarian options, were the kind of thing that disappears quickly in a studio environment where people are moving between shoots and not sitting down for a proper break. Alongside those, the Sweet and Savoury Platter gave people something to graze on without committing to a full plate.
The Seasonal Fruit Platter and the Hummus and Veggies Platter filled out the table in a way that kept things feeling fresh rather than heavy. For a morning that probably had a full schedule behind it, lighter food like that tends to hold up better than anything too rich.
Alexandria is a regular stop for us, and Lunar Studios made good use of what was ordered. The hummus platter in particular tends to outlast everything else on the table, which is exactly what you want when the day runs long.
