Jarden’s office in Barangaroo had a big day on the cards, and the order reflected that. Thirteen wraps platters alongside ten sandwich platters and twelve baguette platters tells you straight away this was feeding a serious number of people, not just a small team lunch.
The two salad platters sat alongside the main run of food rather than being an afterthought. The Mediterranean Chicken and the Chicken Vietnamese gave people something to pull from between rounds, which tends to work better than placing salads at the end where they get ignored.
Morning and afternoon tea was covered through a large Morning and Afternoon Tea Platter, and the Mini Profiteroles finished things off on the sweeter side. Sixteen profiteroles going into what was clearly a high-volume day meant they were probably gone quickly.
