Meta’s office in Barangaroo had a decent-sized lunch to feed, and the order was built around two clear things: platters for the group and a handful of individually packed items for those with specific dietary needs.
The rice paper rolls carried a lot of the weight here. Both the Signature Chicken and Beef platter and the Veg and Vegan version went out together, which gave the table something fresh and light before anyone touched the salads. The Chicken Vietnamese, Mediterranean Chicken, and Cous-cous, Pumpkin and Feta salad platters sat alongside the sandwiches, wraps and baguettes, giving people enough to mix and match without everything overlapping.
The individually packed falafel wrap and the gluten free chicken avocado sandwich were flagged separately, which kept things straightforward for whoever was managing the setup on the day.
Sixty wooden knives and forks, plus the BioPak plates, meant the team could eat without needing to sort anything from the office kitchen. For a lunch this size, that kind of self-contained delivery tends to make things move faster once the food hits the table.
