Teachers Mutual Bank Limited had a big one on the books for Barangaroo. The kind of order where breakfast rolls into something more substantial, and the food needs to hold up across a longer stretch of the day.

It started with the morning side of things. Two breakfast boxes alongside a 20 pack of breakfast wraps and two packs of croissants filled with ham, salmon, and vegetarian options gave the team enough to graze through the early part of the morning without anyone circling back to an empty tray too quickly.

Once the day moved on, the cocktail pies and rolls across two platters, garlic chicken balls, spinach and ricotta filo pastries, and a full pack of gourmet arancini kept things going. The sandwich, wrap and baguette platters, ordered across twelve, were clearly doing the heavy lifting for a larger group moving through at different times.

The seasonal fruit platter sitting alongside all of that gave people something lighter to reach for. With an order this size, it tends to get picked at steadily rather than all at once, which is usually a good sign the food is landing well across the room.
