Thales had a large Morning and Afternoon Tea Platter going out to their Barangaroo office, with a pack of assorted mini muffins added alongside it. That combination covers a lot of ground across a working day without needing anything fussed over or reorganised between sessions.
The mini muffins in particular tend to disappear quickly in office environments. They are the right size for someone grabbing something between meetings without committing to a full plate, and pairing them with the larger platter meant the morning setup could carry through into the afternoon without feeling sparse by the time the second wave of people came through.
