The Sandstones Club in Barangaroo kept things light for this one. A regular Seasonal Fruit Platter, placed out for the team to graze on through the day. No fuss, just something fresh and easy to pick at between meetings or during a break.
What a fruit platter does well in a setting like this is stay relevant across the whole day. It is not tied to a specific moment the way a hot dish would be. People come back to it. By the time it has been sitting out for a couple of hours, it has usually done its job without anyone really noticing it was doing anything at all.
