The School of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine and Health in Camperdown had a solid spread of catering needs for this one, and the order reflected that across both savoury and sweet.

The large beef pies and rolls platter was the obvious centrepiece, twenty pies and fifteen rolls with three sauces on the side. Alongside that, the savoury tartlets, forty of them, gave people something a little more refined to reach for. The gluten free charcoal and feta arancini and the falafel bites meant there were genuinely considered options for guests not eating meat, not just an afterthought token dish.

The morning and afternoon tea platter covered the sweeter side of things, with the assorted mini muffins rounding that out further. Vegetarian cocktail rolls added another passing option for the more casual grazing moments.

Thirty five Biopak plates and fifty napkins were included, which for a faculty event of this size means no one is hunting around for something to eat off.

The tartlets were probably the most popular thing on the table before anyone had a chance to settle in.
