Kitchen Crew & Catering Assistants
Our Kitchen Crew & Catering Assistants are the heartbeat of Feedwell, preparing and packing fresh, delicious food every day. From crafting vibrant salads and gourmet sandwiches to cutting and portioning ingredients with care, they make sure every order meets our high standards. In the packing area, they assemble and label each order so it’s ready to delight our customers.

Kitchen Team Leaders & Supervisors
Kitchen Team Leaders and Supervisors at Feedwell lead from the front in our fresh food production kitchen, working hands-on alongside the crew to prepare food to exact specifications, keep shifts running smoothly, and ensure every order looks and tastes its best. Team Leaders guide small teams of 2–4, while Supervisors take charge of larger groups of 10+. In both cases maintaining quality standards, keeping production on schedule, and ensuring sections are clean, safe, and organised, all while setting the tone for a calm and efficient working environment.
LOGISTICS TEAM
If catering was an Olympic sport, our Logistics team would be the critical and final runner in the relay team! You’ll load and unload orders, follow efficient routes, and provide friendly, professional service at every stop, representing Feedwell with reliability and care.

Our Delivery Walkers keep the city moving by delivering fresh catering orders on foot throughout Sydney’s CBD. You’ll navigate efficiently between offices, ensuring orders arrive on time and in perfect condition, all while providing excellent customer service and maintaining our high food safety standards - all while staying active and keeping your step count up.
