The Signal Box basketball court at Chippendale is not your typical breakfast setting, which made this one genuinely interesting to put together. The Commons had a morning activation planned around the court, and the food needed to work in an open, informal space rather than a boardroom or office kitchen.
Two Breakfast Boxes covered the savoury side of things, each packed with enough to keep people going through the morning. The Pastries Platter sat alongside those, giving people something lighter to pick at between the more substantial options. A Seasonal Fruit Platter rounded things out on the fresh side, and with wooden forks, Biopak plates and napkins included, nothing needed to be sourced separately on the day.
For a space like a basketball court, having everything self-contained and easy to handle without a table setup was the part that actually mattered most.
