Awgt’s team had 80 portions of sandwich, wrap and baguette platter to get through, and from our end, making sure that landed at the right time was the whole focus of this one. A delivery into Sydney at that scale needs to arrive ready to go, not sitting around waiting for someone to sort it out.

The platter format made sense for a group this size. Wraps, sandwiches and baguettes together give people something to grab without any fuss, which is exactly how a working lunch tends to run. Nobody is standing around deciding. They take something and get back to it.

Eighty portions also means the food has to hold, and these did. By the time the last few were taken, nothing had dried out or collapsed.
