Clio’s team in Sydney had a solid spread of flavours going on with this one. The order leaned heavily into salad platters, with the Beef Bibimbap, Chicken Vietnamese, and Cous-cous, Pumpkin and Feta all coming together on the table at once. Three distinct bases, each one substantial enough to anchor a lunch on its own.

The Southern Chicken Tenders covered both pack sizes, the 30 and the 15, which suggests the team had a good sense of how much they’d actually get through. The falafel bites filled the gap nicely for anyone not reaching for the chicken. Nothing was left doing double duty.

What made this order function well in practice was how the salad platters held up as full meals rather than sides. The Bibimbap in particular tends to draw people back for a second serve.
