Federation Asset Management put together a solid working lunch order for their Sydney office, and it was one of those deliveries where the food clearly had a job to do rather than just sitting on a table.
Six sandwich, wrap and baguette platters covered the main meal, which for a team working through the middle of the day made sense. Having that volume across six platters also meant the food stayed accessible without anyone crowding around a single tray.
The cold pressed apple and orange juices were a practical touch alongside it all. Seven bottles between the group gave people something decent to drink without the need for cups or dispensers.
The morning and afternoon tea platter rounded things out on the sweeter side, and given the quantity of the savoury order, keeping that to a single small platter was the right call. Nothing excessive, just enough.
