JLL’s Sydney office had a straightforward brief, and the order reflected that. Four sandwich, wrap and baguette platters made up the bulk of it, enough to keep a decent-sized group fed without anything sitting untouched at the end. What caught our attention was how the cold pressed juices were split. Two bottles of the orange and two of the apple, kept separate rather than mixed together, which made it easy for people to grab exactly what they wanted without having to sort through anything.
Deliveries into Sydney at this kind of scale tend to work best when the food is ready to go the moment it arrives. The platters are built for that. No setup required, no serving equipment needed, just straight onto the table and done.
The apple juice went first.
