Parasol Medical Training had a morning delivery come through to Sydney recently, and the order was clearly built around getting people fed before a busy session started. A pastries platter, a six pack of danishes, and twenty assorted mini muffins gave the team enough to graze through without anyone needing to leave for a coffee shop run.

What made this order practical was the mini muffins. With twenty in the pack, there was enough for every person in the room to grab one without it feeling like a scramble, and the smaller size meant people could eat without interrupting whatever was being covered. The danishes and pastries handled the heavier appetite side of things early on.

Training environments move fast and the food kept up with that pace without getting in the way of it.
