Sonic Healthcare Australia Pathology had a full spread going on in Sydney this week, and the order was clearly built around a team that needed options rather than a single crowd-pleasing centrepiece.
The Mixed Favourites Sushi Platter and Chipotle Chicken Burrito Platter did a lot of the heavy lifting, the kind of things people reach for without thinking twice. Sitting alongside those were the Garlic Chicken Balls and the Hot Honey Ground Beef Platter, both of which tend to go quickly in a lunch setting where people are grazing between tasks rather than sitting down for a proper break.
