Standards Australia’s Sydney office had a full day covered with this one, morning tea running straight through into lunch without any real gap between them.
The morning side leaned sweet and light. Apricot, rhubarb, and apple mini danishes went out alongside chocolate croissants and mini morning buns, with fruit skewers and berry bites filling in the fresh components. Fignut grain bites and pistachio coconut bars gave people something to reach for between meetings without it feeling too indulgent at 10am.
Lunch brought the heavier lifting. Coronation chicken and chicken avo sandwiches made up the bulk of it, with chipotle sandwiches accounting for a solid fifteen serves. A handful of hummus and veggie and crunchy salad options sat alongside two gluten free chicken avo individually packed. The burrito salad and pumpkin couscous platters, both in large and small formats, filled out the table alongside cocktail spinach feta frittatas, fifty of them, clearly intended for a crowd moving through a shared space.
Brownies and chia pods closed it out. Fifty frittatas and a room that size tells you something about how the afternoon was going to go.
