Who You’d Be Working For

Feedwell is one of Sydney’s leading corporate catering companies. We prepare and deliver fresh sandwiches, salads, grazing boards, breakfasts and healthy meals to offices across the city — including some of Australia’s biggest companies.

Our kitchen is based in Sydney CBD. Every shift starts and finishes there. You’ll be driving our company vans during your shift — you’re never asked to use your own vehicle.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Drive company vans to deliver catering orders across Sydney
• Load and unload catering boxes safely (you’ll need to be reasonably fit)
• Navigate office buildings and deliver to the correct floors and suites
• Occasionally complete walking deliveries within the CBD
• Use GPS and delivery apps to manage efficient routes
• Communicate with our logistics team when needed

You’ll be representing Feedwell in front of professional corporate clients, so reliability and presentation matter.

This Role Is Built For Someone Who…

• Holds a valid NSW FULL driver’s licence (no P plates)
• Speaks clear, confident English (you’ll interact with corporate clients daily)
• Is punctual, dependable and consistent — this is non-negotiable
• Is comfortable driving across Sydney and navigating city roads
• Presents themselves neatly and professionally
• Has unrestricted Australian working rights
• Can commit long-term — minimum 9 months (ideally longer)
