Woollahra Council had a busy morning ahead, and the food needed to carry through without a gap. We delivered to Double Bay with enough to cover both a morning tea and an afternoon sitting comfortably.
The Danishes and mini muffins did the early work, sitting alongside the fruit skewers which always move quickly in a council setting where people are grabbing something between meetings. The cocktail rolls came out in force across four platters, which made sense given the headcount, and the cold frittata platter gave people something more substantial without needing any setup or serving equipment.
The falafel bites and raw slices handled the dietary side of things without being an afterthought. The vegan and gluten free options were plated properly and held up well through the afternoon. The Morning and Afternoon Tea platters tied everything together across both sessions, so the food stayed relevant from the first arrival to the last.
