The NSW Department of Education team in Eveleigh had a full day ahead, and the order reflected that. Eleven sandwich, wrap and baguette platters covered lunch for a decent-sized group, with enough going around that nobody had to think twice about seconds.
Earlier in the morning, the Morning and Afternoon Tea Platter handled both ends of the day in one order. That kind of forward planning makes a difference when a team is running back-to-back sessions and nobody wants to duck out mid-afternoon to sort food. The seasonal fruit platter sat alongside it, giving people something lighter to graze on between the heavier items.
Twenty-two plates and napkins were included, which meant the team could move straight from delivery to eating without hunting down their own servingware. Small thing, but it keeps everything moving.
