Behind every meal
Below are just some of the extensive measures we take as part of our HACCP-certified process to provide the safest catering for your workplace.
Certification
Achieving and maintaining HACCP certification is a rigorous, highly demanding process that covers every aspect of food handling and preparation. This end-to-end certification guarantees that everything entering or leaving our kitchen meets strict safety standards, ensuring that the food we provide is consistently safe for our customers.
Through HACCP, we eliminate or drastically reduce any potential risk to food safety, allowing us to provide absolute confidence in our meals.
Control
Our refrigerated vans maintain strict temperature control, monitored daily and serviced quarterly, to keep all food safe and refrigerated during transport. This cold chain is supported by insulated cooler bags, preserving the food’s safe temperature and freshness during transit.
By controlling temperature at every step, we prevent bacterial growth and ensure maximum safe consumption time.
Monitoring
We employ advanced sensors inside all refrigerators for round-the-clock temperature monitoring. These sensors alert our team immediately if any unit drifts out of range, allowing us to take swift corrective action. This system, paired with twice-daily manual thermometer checks, further reinforces our HACCP safety standards.
24/7 sensor monitoring inside all refrigerators = 100% fridge safety, always
Every supplier we use is HACCP-accredited, vetted thoroughly to ensure that they meet our high standards. We use an ordering system that only allows purchases from approved suppliers, and each delivery’s temperature is checked before acceptance. This thorough vetting prevents any subpar products from entering our kitchen, upholding our commitment to food safety.
100% HACCP-approved suppliers, temperature-checked at delivery — no compromises.
All kitchen staff undergo the NSW Food Authority’s food handling training, covering key areas such as personal hygiene, contamination prevention, allergen management, and safe storage. Beyond this foundational training, we implement internal protocols, including stringent hygiene standards, color-coded utensils, and restricted raw food handling practices to prevent cross-contamination.
All kitchen staff are NSW Food Authority certified and follow strict hygiene protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
Our kitchen cleaning is meticulously planned and carried out, with floors washed twice daily and all surfaces sanitized with food-grade solutions. Monthly checks are conducted to monitor bacterial levels on equipment, and we use a dual-cloth system to avoid cross-contamination between food-contact and non-food-contact surfaces, keeping our environment clean and safe.
Twice-daily cleans and monthly bacteria checks keep our kitchen spotless and food-safe.
