Multicultural Disability Advocacy Australia had a busy day ahead when we delivered to their Granville office, and the food needed to hold up across a full session without anyone having to think twice about it.

The sandwich and wrap platters were the centre of the meal. Four platters between the team gave people enough to graze through lunch without the food running thin. Alongside that, a seasonal fruit platter added something fresh and light, which tends to get more attention than expected once the sandwiches are gone.

The pastries came in the form of a six pack of danishes and a pack of sixteen mini sweet tarts. Both suited a mid-session break without making things feel heavy. Cold pressed apple juice and Mount Franklin water kept everything easy to reach for throughout the day.

Biopak plates and napkins were included, so the team could move straight into eating without hunting around for anything. That part often goes unnoticed, but it makes a real difference when a room full of people is already mid-conversation.
