Porsche Centre Parramatta keeps a busy showroom floor, and morning deliveries there tend to need to work across a crowd. The order that went out to Granville this week did exactly that.
Two pastry platters gave the team plenty to work through across the morning, croissants and danishes sitting alongside the seasonal fruit platter which brought some colour and freshness to the table. The assorted mini muffins rounded things out in a way that made sense for a setting where people are moving in and out rather than sitting down together for a formal meal.
What struck us about this one was how naturally the fruit platter broke up the pastry-heavy spread. It gave people a lighter option without making it feel like two separate tables had been pushed together.
