IVF Australia’s Greenwich office had a full morning ahead, and the food needed to be ready before things got busy. We dropped off seven Sandwich and Wrap Platters alongside a pack of Danishes and a Seasonal Fruit Platter to round things out.
The Danishes and fruit made sense as something people could grab on arrival, while the sandwich and wrap platters carried the weight of the meal itself. Seven platters for a medical workplace means a lot of people moving through at different times, so having food that holds up and stays practical matters more than it might elsewhere.
It was a straightforward delivery to Greenwich, but the volume told its own story. IVF Australia’s team clearly needed something that could feed a crowd without requiring any coordination on their end once it arrived.
