The kit includes enough ingredients for four individual serves.

Extra Hungry? Make 3 larger salads. Have a crowd? Make 1 giant sharing salad. It’s up to you!

 

 

Prep

Rinse the brown rice grains with cold water and place in a saucepan on the stove. Add 2 cups of water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and stand covered for 5 minutes. Hot Tip: Cook all the rice and store in the fridge for future bowls.

 While the rice is cooking slice up cucumber thinly and the shallots.

Heat up the beef in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Assembly

Step 1. Layer up your bowl with the rice, cucumber, sliced radish, shredded carrot, shredded cabbage, edamame and beef.

Step 2. Slather with dressing and give it a good mix.

Step 3. Top with crispy shallots and enjoy.

Supercharge your salad
Suggestions to change up your salad. It may mention additional ingredients not included in your kit.

Want to change it up even more? Make it a fried rice. Heat up some oil in a pan over medium. Crack an egg and slightly scramble. Add in all the vegetables and beef, leaving out the cucumber. Pour in the dressing and give it a quick stir fry until everything is coated in the dressing. Remove form the heat and top with fresh cucumber and crispy shallots.

Really want the Korean experience? Add a raw egg yolk on top to make it a traditional Bibimbap.
