The kit includes enough ingredients for four individual serves.

 

 

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180c. Place baguettes on baking tray and place into oven. Bring temperature down to 170c. Bake for approximately 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.

Hot tip: Bake all the baguettes at the same time and store in an airtight bag, ready for future sandwiches. Or if you want a freshly baked baguette everyday, bake when required.

Slice cucumber and tomato thinly.

Assembly

Step 1. Spread beetroot tapenade on the base.

Step 2. Layer up with cheese, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, shredded beetroot, shredded carrot and spinach.

Step 3. Top with a squeeze of mayo.
