Specialised Access Painting had a solid order heading out to Homebush West this week. Ten Sandwich, Wrap and Baguettes Platters alongside two Finger Food Share Platters, which points to a crew that needed feeding properly, not just a token spread of something light.
The sandwich and wrap platters did the heavy lifting here. With ten of them on the table, there was enough for people to eat without circling back wondering if there would be enough left. That kind of volume on a working site means lunch actually stops being an afterthought and becomes a proper break.
The finger food platters sitting alongside gave people something to pick at before or after, which on a busy trade job tends to get used more than expected.
