Lakshmi Film had a solid order come through for their Homebush team this week. Nineteen sandwich and wrap platters formed the backbone of the delivery, which makes sense for a film crew moving through a busy day with limited time to sit down properly for a meal.
Alongside the platters, the salad bowls added some real substance to the spread of options. The Crunchy Chicken Fattoush and Chicken Vietnamese bowls came through in fours, while a single Vegan Mediterranean bowl rounded things out for whoever needed it.
What stood out practically was how well that ratio worked for a working set environment. The platters handle the volume and speed, and the bowls give people something more filling when they actually get a proper break. The Fattoush in particular tends to hold up well over a longer service window, which on a film set matters more than most would think.
