Sandwich platters

Our sandwich platters are ideal for conference catering and can be made up of fresh bread, baguettes, wraps and flatbreads — or a combination of them all — and the huge choice of fillings will ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options are all available.

Fresh salad platters

We use fresh, healthy Australian-grown ingredients in our salad platters for conferences and meetings. Our menu features a range of cuisines, so guests can choose from classics like chicken caesar salad or tuna & avo, go for vegan tofu & sweet potato platter, or enjoy an exotic chipotle chicken burrito salad.

Hot Finger food

Perfect for a buffet at a conference, our finger food platters feature an enticing mix of freshly baked pastries, frittatas, quiches, sausage rolls and filo pastries, or you can opt for our popular garlic chicken balls with oozy centres! Mix and match to give your guests maximum choice and variety.

Grazing platters

The ideal option for sharing at a conference or meeting, our grazing boards come in a variety of styles and offer guests a mix of items. Choose from antipasto, vegetarian and mixed grazing platters (featuring dips, meats, cheese and more), with dairy free, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options available.

Breakfast, morning and afternoon tea

A lot of the serious business done at conferences takes place at morning or afternoon tea, so our menus are designed to make sure no-one wants to miss them! We offer an enticing selection featuring both savoury and sweet items, including muffins, brownies, croissants, quiches, strawberries and gourmet bars.

Cheese Platters

Our conference catering cheese platters include a sumptuous mix of Australian gourmet cheeses, with a range of classic accompaniments, such as fig-nut crackers, water crackers, walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, and dried apricots. You can create a charcuterie platter by adding hummus dip, beetroot & tahini dip, salami, sliced ham and more.

  • Our hotel is interested in outsourcing catering, how do we find out more?

    Simply call us on (02) 9252 1982 or email us on orders@feedwell.com.au. We will meet with you to get a thorough understanding of your current operations, and let you know where we truly think we can add value to your food operations.

  • I'm interested in outsourcing part of our catering, not all of it. Is that possible?

    That is completely fine and we do this for others. Every hotel has its own unique requirements and we will assist only where we believe we can add value. We currently work closely with many kitchens who have chosen to outsource certain menu items, and they care of the rest themselves.

  • Our hotel requires different items to what you have online, is that possible?

    Absolutely it is. We work closely with many hotels to implement a bespoke menu which includes many items that may not be on our line menu like more hot foods.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver to hotels all across Sydney – simply enter your postcode or suburb in the section above called “Check if we deliver to you” to find out if we deliver to your suburb. If we do not deliver to your suburb, simply reach out to us directly.

  • What precautions does Feedwell take with COVID?

    We have gone over and above the government requirements to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We have a registered COVID safe plan with the NSW Government which includes strict requirements around sanitisation, wearing of face masks, quarantine, covid testing and self isolation requirements.

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    We offer free delivery if you order over a certain amount in the Sydney CBD and North Sydney. For other suburbs there is a delivery fee to make sure we can cover the wages for our staff, transportation and refrigeration to ensure your deliveries are on time, every time. Click here to check out minimum order amounts, and delivery fees for your suburb.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    We have minimum orders for our corporate catering depending on what suburb we are delivering to. The minimums are fairly low so you shouldn’t have an issue reaching it. Simply enter your postcode or suburb in the section above called “Check if we deliver to you” to find out the minimum order amount for your suburb.

  • Can I get a quote instead of ordering online?

    Of course! We are more than happy to put together a quote for you to make sure you are completely satisfied before making the order. Please email at orders@feedwell.com.au us or call us at (02) 9252 1982.

  • How do I order catering services?

    There are three ways to place a catering order.

    Option 1: Simply order online – just click through to the menu above for our office catering options. This is easy and convenient, and you can save all your delivery information for next time!

  • What is your cut off time to order?

    Our orders cut off at 4pm for next day delivery for the suburbs which are within our delivery zones.

  • Can you do last minute orders?

    We always try our absolute best to accommodate last minute requests for catering in Sydney. If you have a last minute order, please call us on (02) 9252 1982 as soon as possible.

  • I don’t know how much to order – can you help?

    It’s sometimes tricky to decide how much to order. Feel free to email us at orders@feedwell.com.au or call us on (02) 9252 1982 and we can give you some suggestions and help tailor make an order for you 🙂

  • Do you deliver catering services on weekends?

    We deliver delicious food in Sydney on weekends! For weekend deliveries, please email these to us at orders@feedwell.com.au or call us on (02) 9252 1982. The website will not allow you to select a weekend date so please contact us instead and we can process this for you. The minimum orders for weekends are as follows:

    • Saturday minimum order per delivery: $500
    • Sunday minimum order per delivery: $1,000
  • Do you cater for people with dietaries and allergens?

    We package dietary and allergy items separately with labels so you know what is what. However our products are made in a kitchen whereby ingredients such as eggs, fish, sesame, peanuts, milk, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin, sulphites and crustaceans are also used. We therefore cannot guarantee the complete absence of these ingredients and some products may inadvertently contain these ingredients and cross-contamination may occur. It’s important for customers with food allergies to be aware of this risk and we do not assume liability for reactions from the meal consumed.

  • Can I collect the order?

    Certainly! When you get to the checkout, simply select “Pick Up” as your option instead of delivery. At the moment collection is available from our Pitt St store in the Sydney CBD.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes you can. However we do have some restrictions around this:

    Cancellations by 2pm, 5 business days before, will incur no fee.

    Cancellations by 2pm, 2 business days beforehand will incur a 50% fee of the total invoice.

    Cancellations on the same day will incur full charge and no refund. We have these restrictions in place as we are charged by our suppliers right after we place an order. Our produce and ingredients are always used fresh and we cannot resell it.

  • I’m interested in your Hotel and Conferencing catering, can I get samples first?

    We would love to stop by with some tasty samples. This is a great way for you to meet our team, ask as many questions, and try the delicious food before you buy the food! Feel free to email at orders@feedwell.com.au or call us on 9252 1982 to arrange this.

  • Can I set up an account with you with credit terms instead of paying online?

    If you process ongoing orders, we can usually set up an account for you! Please contact us on (02) 9252 1982 or email us at orders@feedwell.com.au and we can process your request. We can turn this around really quickly.

  • Is your meat halal?

    It sure is! The chicken and beef we use are both halal certified.
