The Department of Defence in Kensington had a morning tea setup that covered a decent number of people, and the coffee and tea station was really the anchor of the whole thing. With 100 serves going out, it was clearly a full-floor situation, the kind where people cycle through in waves rather than all at once.

Four large morning tea platters and five packs of fruit skewers gave the table enough to stay stocked through those waves without looking sparse by the end. The skewers in particular tend to go quickly in workplace settings, easy to grab without needing to stop and plate up properly.

Biopak plates and napkins were included, which kept things self-contained for the team. No hunting around for supplies, everything was already there when people came through.
