The UNSW team in Kensington kept things practical with this one. Two Hot Honey Chicken Bowls and a Chicken Chipotle Burrito Bowl covered the lunch side of things, each ordered individually rather than as a shared platter. That kind of individual portioning works well on a campus where people are moving between meetings or classes and eating at their desks rather than sitting down together.
The gluten free muffins and mini lamingtons rounded out the order on the sweeter side. Twenty-five lamingtons and fifteen gluten free muffins is a solid amount for a small team catch-up or an informal afternoon gathering, and having both covered different dietary needs without making a point of it.
