BPS in Kingsgrove had a big order come through, and the wraps and sandwiches carried most of the weight. Ten wrap platters and eight sandwich platters between a team means people are moving quickly, grabbing something easy, and getting back to it. That kind of volume tells you something about how the office actually runs during lunch.

The three salad platters sat alongside all of that nicely. The Chicken Vietnamese, the Beef Bibimbap, and the Crunchy Chicken Fattoush each brought enough difference in flavour that people who skipped the bread entirely still had something worth eating. The fattoush in particular tends to go fast once people notice it.

Everything was packed for a team that clearly needed feeding without fuss, and the wraps being the highest quantity ordered suggests BPS knows exactly what their people will reach for first.
