Twenty chicken burrito salad bowls carried most of the order, which tells you something about how popular that one tends to be once a team has tried it. The salmon salad bowls filled out the rest of the heavier options, and a smaller run of falafel bowls covered the people who wanted something a little lighter.
Thirty-five bowls in total is a meaningful volume to move cleanly, and everything arrived ready to hand out.
