The Arrotex Pharmaceuticals team in Macquarie Park ordered individually for their lunch today, and the bowls really did the talking. Four people went for the Mediterranean Chicken Salad Bowl, which tells you something about how it lands in an office setting. Filling enough to get through an afternoon, but not so heavy that it slows anyone down.
The smoked salmon green goddess bowls were just as popular, with four of those going out too. Alongside those, the tuna and cucumber, the Vietnamese chicken, and the crunchy chicken fattoush covered a decent stretch of flavour. The chipotle burrito bowl and the hot honey ground beef bowl added something with a bit more weight to them. One pastrami sandwich and sweet pack rounded things out for whoever skipped the bowl format entirely.
What was interesting about this order was that the vegan Mediterranean bowl sat right alongside everything else without being an afterthought. It held its own as an actual lunch choice rather than an accommodation.
