D&E Air Conditioning’s lunch order into Macquarie Park was a solid midday delivery, and the fruit platter is what pulled the whole thing together. A large spread of fresh cut fruit alongside a full sandwich, wrap and baguette platter gave the team something to graze on between the heavier hand-held options, rather than everything landing at once with nowhere natural to start.
The baguettes covered a lot of ground on their own. Chicken Banh Mi, Chicken BLAT and Chicken Chipotle gave people genuine choices without doubling up on the same flavours. The wraps followed the same logic, with Southern Chicken, Chicken Chipotle, Chicken Avo Tomato and a single Falafel sitting alongside them for anyone not going the chicken route.
The Dash Waters in raspberry and lime, six of each, were a practical call. Canned still water tends to disappear fast in a working lunch and having twelve on hand meant nobody was left hunting for a drink while food was still being passed around.
