Schneider Electric’s office in Macquarie Park had a solid spread of platters coming together for what looked like an internal event or team gathering. The wraps and sandwich platters carried most of the weight for the main eating, with ten of each going out, which tells you this was a group with real appetite and not much time to linger over a plate.
Alongside those, the couscous, pumpkin and feta salad came in a regular size, sitting comfortably next to the smoked salmon green goddess and the vegan Mediterranean options. The salads gave the table something to graze between rounds without duplicating what the wraps were already doing.
The artisanal cheese platter and the sweet and savoury grazing platter would have kept things going past the main meal. Vegetarian curry puffs and filo pastry alongside those two made for a table that stayed interesting well into the afternoon.
