The Fortinet team in McMahons Point had a full morning ahead, and the order reflected that. Two pastries platters went out alongside the large Morning and Afternoon Tea Platter, which meant there was enough to keep things going across both ends of the day without needing a second delivery.
The seasonal fruit platter sat alongside the savoury and baked options, giving people something lighter to come back to once the pastries were gone. By the time afternoon rolled around, the chocolate macadamia brownies and assorted mini muffins were doing the work. Those two together tend to land well with an office crowd, particularly when the meeting schedule runs long and people need something more than a coffee to get through it.
The mini muffins in particular tend to disappear faster than expected. Twenty is never quite as many as it sounds.
