Fortinet’s team in McMahons Point had a solid spread of mouths to feed, and the order reflected that clearly. Twenty sandwich, wrap and baguette platters alongside eight sandwich and wrap platters covered the lunch crowd without doubling up unnecessarily. The baguettes in particular tend to hold up well on a table where people are grabbing food between conversations rather than sitting down properly.

The spinach and ricotta filo pastries and the cocktail pies and rolls gave the table something warm and a bit more substantial. Those finger food platters tend to disappear faster than anything else when a group is standing around, and that was almost certainly the case here.

The seasonal fruit platter sitting alongside everything else meant the table didn’t skew too heavy. It does a quiet job of balancing out a lunch that could otherwise feel like a lot.
