Fortinet’s team in McMahons Point put together a solid lunch order last week, and the scale of it made sense the moment we looked at the quantities. Ten of the sandwich, wrap and baguette platters alongside five sandwich platters meant there was enough to keep a large group moving through a midday break without anyone waiting long or circling back to find things already gone.
The Chicken Caesar Salad and the Vegan Mediterranean Salad platters sat alongside the bread-based options rather than being treated as an afterthought. In a lunch setup that heavy on sandwiches and wraps, having two distinct salad platters gave people a reason to build a proper plate instead of just grabbing one thing and walking off.
