The Fortinet team in McMahons Point kept things practical for this one. Eight wraps platters formed the backbone of the order, backed up by three sandwich, wrap and baguette packs featuring halal beef and chicken. That combination meant there was enough to go around without anyone waiting on a second pass.

The couscous, pumpkin and feta salad platter added some weight to the table without duplicating what the wraps were already doing. It sat alongside rather than competed, which kept the whole setup balanced without any deliberate effort to make it so.

Drinks were split across Coke Zero, Mount Franklin still water and DA-SH lime sparkling, so people had something cold regardless of preference. The wooden forks and Biopak plates meant the team could eat without hunting down anything from the office kitchen.

Fortinet had everything in place before the lunch hour properly started, which for a mid-week team feed is exactly the point.
