The Fortinet team in McMahons Point had a solid lunch setup this week. Twelve sandwich, wrap and baguette platters formed the backbone of the order, which tells you something about the size of the group and how the food was going to be used. That kind of volume usually means a working lunch where people are moving around, grabbing what they need without stopping.
Alongside those, the cocktail pies and rolls platter and the vegetarian cocktail rolls gave people something warm and easy to eat between the lighter options. The couscous, pumpkin and feta salad platter rounded things out without doubling up on anything already on the table.
Twelve platters of wraps and sandwiches going to one office is not something you see every day. The team clearly needed to feed a lot of people at once, and nothing about this order was overcomplicated.
