Navy Diversity & Inclusion brought a big group together in Mosman recently, and the order reflected exactly that. A large gathering with dietary needs spread across the room means the food has to hold up under real conditions, not just look good on paper.
The gluten free chicken avo sandwich packs made up a significant portion of the order, which tells you something about how carefully this team had thought through who was in the room. Three packs of those against a single standard chicken avo pack is a deliberate ratio, not an afterthought tacked on at checkout.
Wrap platters anchored the heavier end of things, with enough volume across multiple platters to keep a large group moving through a buffet without running short. The pumpkin couscous and vegan Mediterranean salads sat alongside all of it, giving the plant based attendees something substantial rather than something token.
The ham, cheese and pickle pack rounded it out quietly. Sometimes one pack is all a group needs, and it was clearly ordered because someone in the room wanted it.
