Twenty sandwich, wrap, and baguette platters is a serious commitment to making sure a room full of people actually gets fed. That was the centrepiece of what we put together for Lundbeck Australia in North Ryde recently, and the volume made sense once you picture a busy office lunch where people are moving around, grabbing something quick, and getting back to it.

The two smoked salmon green goddess salad platters gave the table something a bit more considered alongside all that handheld food. Fresh, light, and easy to serve yourself without any fuss. The seasonal fruit platter rounded things out, and in a room where people had already worked through wraps and baguettes, it was exactly the kind of thing that gets picked at steadily until it disappears.

The fruit was gone before anything else.
