CPB Contractors Pty Ltd had a midday delivery coming into North Sydney and the order was built squarely around a working lunch. Ten sandwich, wrap and baguette platters made up the bulk of it, which tells you this was feeding a room rather than a handful of people. That volume of hand-held food moves quickly in a busy workplace, and it leaves almost no cleanup for whoever organised it.
The seasonal fruit platter and veggie platter sat alongside the mains, giving people something to graze on before the platters were fully unpacked.
