Seven Sandwich, Wrap and Baguettes Platters is a serious quantity of food, and for the EssilorLuxottica team in North Sydney, it made complete sense. This looked like a working lunch order, the kind where people are eating between things rather than sitting down properly, and the platters were built for exactly that.
Alongside the food, eight cans of DA-SH sparkling water came through in three flavours, raspberry, grapefruit, and lime. Having that many cans across different options means nobody is reaching for the same thing, which tends to matter more than people expect when a room is busy.
The Morning and Afternoon Tea Platter rounded things out, small in size but clearly there for a reason. Likely sitting out through the middle of the day, giving people something to graze on outside of the main meal window.
