Fever-Tree’s team in North Sydney had a full day ahead of them, and the food was structured to match. Ten Sandwich, Wrap and Baguette Platters covered the lunch crowd without anyone having to wait around, while the two salad platters sat alongside them giving people something a bit more substantial to pull from. The Mediterranean Chicken and the Vegan Mediterranean options meant the table worked for the whole room without anyone needing to ask.
The Large Morning and Afternoon Tea Platter pulled double duty, which is always satisfying to see. Something that travels well from a 10am meeting straight through to a 3pm break without feeling out of place takes a bit of thought to get right, and it held up across both ends of the day.
Ten platters on the sandwich side is a real number. That kind of volume tends to disappear fast, and it did.
