Nine sandwich, wrap and baguette platters going into Meat and Livestock Australia made sense the moment you looked at the rest of the order. The Beef Bimbimbap Salad and the Chicken Vietnamese Salad were clearly meant to sit alongside the sandwiches rather than replace them, giving the team in North Sydney something to graze across rather than commit to one plate.

The seasonal fruit platter was the practical closer. After a table of wraps, baguettes, and two bold salads, having something cold and clean to finish on is the kind of thing a team notices without really thinking about it.

The beef bimbimbap in particular travels well and holds its texture better than most dressed salads at that scale. It was a good fit for a workplace that clearly knows what it wants on the table.
