Meat and Livestock Australia’s office in North Sydney had a busy one on their hands, and the order reflected that. Two cocktail pies and rolls platters alongside two seasonal fruit platters covered the kind of crowd where you need something for everyone without overcomplicating things. The pies and rolls handled the heartier appetite, and the fruit sat alongside as a natural counterpoint, fresh and easy to pick at between bites of something warmer.
The falafel bites platter added a solid plant-based option that didn’t feel like an afterthought in terms of portion. Alongside the chocolate macadamia brownies and a pack of assorted mini muffins, the sweeter end of the order was well stocked for what looked like a longer session rather than a quick lunch break.
