MLA’s North Sydney office ordered across a couple of different directions for this one, and it made sense given what they needed to cover. The sandwich, wrap and baguette platters handled the bulk of the group, five of them, which tells you this wasn’t a small gathering. Alongside that, the Beef Bibimbap Salad Platter and the Mediterranean Chicken Salad Platter gave people something more substantial to pull from, the kind of food that works when lunch is actually a proper break rather than something grabbed between meetings.
The gluten free chicken avocado was also in there, a single serve, which suggests someone had flagged a requirement ahead of time and it was factored in from the start rather than added as an afterthought. That kind of forward planning makes the whole delivery cleaner to put together.
Delivered to North Sydney, the bibimbap salad in particular tends to draw attention when it lands on the table. It’s not a format people expect in a catering order.
