The Stanford Brown office in North Sydney had a busy midday on their hands. Seventeen sandwich, wrap and baguette platters going out across a team is no small ask, and getting the balance right between something filling and something people will actually eat matters more than most clients let on.
The two Chicken Vietnamese Salad Bowls sat alongside the platters as a lighter option, and that turned out to be a practical call. Not everyone wants bread at lunch, and having the salad bowls there meant the spread covered different appetites without doubling the order size unnecessarily.
What struck us about this one was the sheer volume moving through a single delivery window. Seventeen platters feeding a full office floor, landed and ready without a gap in the middle of the working day.
